At various stages throughout your career as a medical professional it will be necessary to undergo a variety of recruitment and selection processes.  

As your initial application for an employment or training opportunity is the reference point for recruiters/selectors on which to base their decisionmaking around who they invite to interview, it’s essential that you put time and effort into preparing the required documents and ensuring that you follow the application processes correctly.    

This module provides information about how to prepare job and college applications so that you will be offered a seat at the interview table.
