Non-coeliac Gluten or Wheat Sensitivity: Emerging disease or misdiagnosis?

Description

A suggested gluten-sensitive condition labelled non-coeliac gluten sensitivity has attracted increasing international attention.

This module presents an overview of the epidemiology, diagnosis, pathogenesis and management of this disorder, based on a synthesis of relevant evidence from PubMed-listed articles until March 2017, including original research, consensus guidelines and opinion papers.

  1. Understand symptoms and classification of non-coeliac gluten or wheat sensitivity (NCG/WS) in distinction of coeliac disease or wheat allergy
