Melanie is a passionate professional, driven by a vision of high quality, equitable care for all Australians.

Leading a portfolio of healthcare transformation projects nationally, Melanie holds qualifications in Psychology and Project Management and has worked extensively with the Department of Health, State Governments, Medical Colleges, Primary Health Networks, and organisations across the Australian healthcare landscape.

Patient activation, outcomes and experience, and building capacity in Australian healthcare through authentic and meaningful feedback are Melanie’s drivers as she focuses on contributing to healthcare transformation, towards a person-centred, integrated, value-based system.
